Support is Built into the Software in These Ways:

• ToolTips / Balloon Help: Many components on each screen have explanations that appear as the mouse pointer hovers over the object.  These messages often include context-specific information relating to the active disease or finding.  
• Help buttons: Many screens in the software have a "Help" button popping up a page in the manual specific for that individual screen.
• Quick guide: The "Quick guide" buttons pop up a page in the manual with a short introduction to using the software.  There is a Quick Guide button on the Start screen of the software after you have logged-in and at the top of each page in the manual.
