Lethargy or excessive tiredness (drowsiness, hypersomnolence, listlessness, excessive daytime sleepiness included)

In lethargy, arousal is possible but transient, and the patient returns to relative inactivity, typically with eyes closed. In contrast, in stupor arousal is extremely difficult.
