Be a medical professional: a doctor, nurse practitioner, genetic counselor or supervised trainee in these professions.
Use a browser with both Java and JavaScript working. For your
browser we detect:

Click the "Registration form" button below, complete the form using a real email address and respond to the activation email. Activation is needed to confirm who you are; this is needed both for new registrations and changes in registrations. If you don't receive the email within minutes please contact us. (To run the registration program (and the diagnostic software) you need to accept the digital certificate that pops up.)
