Onset about 1 week old:

Microcephaly below 3rd %ile (small head, OFC)
Polydactyly or marked syndactyly (webbing, fusion)
Micrognathia (retrognathia; small jaw, especially lower jaw)
Dysphagia (swallowing difficulty, oropharyngeal incoordination)
Hypotonia (low muscle tone)
