Neurological Syndromes Case 1
Onset about 6 years old:
Speech: abnormal sound character (dysarthria, slurred, nasal included)
Gait poor, clumsy, shuffling or unsteady
Onset about 10 years old:
Dysphagia (swallowing difficulty, oropharyngeal incoordination)
Tics (limbs or face), grimacing or abnormal vocalizations
Dystonic posturing (torsion dystonia, torticolis included)
Seizures, nonfebrile (epilepsy included)
