Demo: Using the basic version of the software

The patient:

An 8 month old boy is seen because of increasing macrocephaly.  Kyphosis and corneal clouding are noted on exam and the mother relates that both the kyphosis and microcephaly were first noted by the pediatrician during the 6 month old checkup.
